The construction project at 18th and Main will enter its second phase on Friday, June 10, 2016. This will change the detour at 18th and Main. Main Street will open Friday and 18th Street will be closed.
Drivers should use Burlington Avenue to access the Hoosier Heartland Highway. This project is scheduled for completion in the fall. It replaces three culverts and will add a stoplight. It is a cooperative project between City, County, state and federal governments.
