A man who moved to Logansport after becoming involved in historic preservation is the newest appointee in the city.
Chris Dodson will serve out the unexpired term of former Logansport Historic Preservation Commission member Tia Justice. The term expires Dec. 31.
“Historic preservation in Logansport is ramping up in several areas, and having Chris on board with the commission as a person with first-hand knowledge of many preservation issues is an added plus,” Mayor Dave Kitchell said.
Dodson previously was featured in the Pharos-Tribune for his preservation efforts locally. He is a former White County resident.
