UPDATE FROM Indiana Department of Transportation
CASS COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that the Market Street Bridge on Business 24/Old State Road 25 in Logansport is scheduled to reopen to traffic Saturday, Dec. 21.
This is the culmination of a two-year bridge replacement project that started in June of 2018. Early on, the project encountered significant delays due to unforeseen circumstances. That said, the project team worked hard to get the bridge open to traffic by year’s end.
Lane restrictions will be in place for the next couple weeks while some finishing touches are taken care of. There also will be a few days’ worth of work in April as the project completely buttons up.
