🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Repair 2, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing critical facility infrastructure, including:
Electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks
Water, sewer, and heating systems integrity
Installing and repairing system equipment in compliance with all codes and regulations
Troubleshooting minor and major equipment failures
Performing preventative maintenance on systems such as:
Sanitary & storm sewers
High & low‑pressure steam lines
Hot and cold water lines
Condensate return systems
Heat exchangers
Your work directly impacts the safety, comfort, and efficiency of the entire facility.

Knowledge of water, sewer, and heating systems
Understanding of plumbing practices & compliance standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with specialized equipment used in maintenance trades
A strong sense of responsibility and sound judgment
💪 Work Environment

This position offers variety and challenge—no two days look the same. Work may include:
Indoor and outdoor environments
All weather conditions (including roof work during inclement weather)
Physical activity such as walking and lifting heavy equipment
