UPDATE as of Dec. 13, 2019:
Rail crossings at 48th/Potawatomi near Miami Bend, as well as at 600E near Logansport Rd, are now open.
UPDATE as of Dec. 11, 2019:
The Cass County Highway Department reports that they have learned that the Norfolk Southern railroad crossing on 800 E north of Logansport Road has been closed for reconstruction. The crossings at 48th St. and County Road 600 E. also remain closed at this time. This crossing closure on 800E affects the suggested detour for the road closure on 100N at 700E. Drivers needing to use that detour can use 150N between 600E and 800E as an alternative while the 800E crossing is closed.
UPDATE as of December 9, 2019:
The Cass County Highway Department reports that the Norfolk Southern Rail Crossing on 600E just south of Logansport Road is closed until the end of the work week.
The crossing on 48th near Pottawatomie and Miami Bend is expected to remain closed until late Tuesday or early Wednesday of this week.
