TUESDAY, JANUARY 14
???? The segment of High Street between 3rd and 4th Streets in downtown Logansport is scheduled to close while construction begins on the new addition to the Cass County Jail. Read more about the road closure here and the jail expansion project here.
???? Governor Eric J. Holcomb will present his 2020 State of the State Address at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14.
???? The Iowa caucuses will happen on Feb. 3. The seventh Democratic debate will take place on Tuesday, January 14 in Des Moines from 9-11 p.m.
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15
???? Deadline to register to attend the Logansport-Cass County Chamber of Commerce‘s State of the City and County Address, presented by Mayor Chris Martin and the Cass County Commissioners. The event will be held at Angie’s Catering and Cakes on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $23 and includes lunch buffet.
???? Deadline to enroll in 4-H for 2020. Contact the Cass County Purdue Extension Office for more information.
THURSDAY, JANUARY 16
???? Jan. 16 is the deadline to reserve tickets to Ivy Tech Community College’s annual “Doing the Dream” banquet featuring award-winning actor and best-selling author Hill Harper as keynote speaker. More info here.
