Several school board seats on the ballot in 2020 General Election

This year, several school board seats will be on the ballot for the November General Election.

According to the Indiana Election Calendar, candidates for school board may file petitions and consent between Wednesday, July 22 and noon on Friday, Aug. 21, 2020. For more info, check with the Cass County Clerk’s Office.

School board members are nonpartisan and are elected to a four-year term.

We checked with the Cass County Clerk’s Office and did some research on the corporation websites. These are the school board seats that will be be on the ballot in Cass County in the fall.

Caston

District 2 Liberty Township (Fulton Co)
This seat is currently held by Chad Boldry.

District 3 Adams Township
This seat is currently held by Roger Byrum.

District 4 Bethlehem Township
This seat is currently held by Cristie Rans.

Lewis Cass

District 1 Miami Township – LC
This seat is currently held by Amy Herron-Miller

District 2 All of Tipton Township
This seat is currently held by Rick Lee.

District 5 Washington Township – LC
This seat is currently held by Tim Johnson.

Logansport

District 1 Clinton, Eel East, Eel West (south of the river), Miami – Logan, Washington – Logan
This seat is currently held by David McClure.

District 3 Logansport City Limits (2 seats)
These seats are currently held by Scott Kraud and Mike McCord.

Pioneer

District 1 Cass Township (White Co)

District 3 Harrison Township
