Cass County Government Building closed to public starting July 27, 2020

Update as of July 31, 2020: Cass County Commissioner Ryan Browning says the Cass County Government Building will be opened Monday morning (Aug. 3) to the public, in current 4.5 Stage and following the Governor’s mask and social distancing guidelines.

ORIGINAL POST: Cass County Government Buildings and Offices will be closed to the public starting Monday July 27, 2020 due to county increase in COVID-19 cases. They will be going back to the procedures they had in place in May and June.

This does not affect any court appointments you may have; contact the courts for any questions.

UPDATE from Cass County Clerk as of July 27: The Cass County Clerk’s Office is completely closed at this time. They are working on a plan to make services available during the closure. For voter registration or absentee ballot info, visit indianavoters.com. The clerk’s office says absentee ballots are scheduled to be mailed in late September.
