The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has announced that the last day of operation for open swimming at the Muehlhausen Aquatic Center is Saturday, August 8th. All punch passes purchased during the 2020 season that have not been fully used, will be honored in 2021.
The Doggy Days of Summer Pool Party will take place on Sunday, August 9. Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has organized a pool party for four-legged friends. The public is invited to participate in this new summer activity by pre-registering at logansportparks.com. The preregistration cost is $5.00 per dog, or $10 the day of the event. Participants must provide proof of their pet’s current rabies vaccination to the Parks Department prior to the event via email, USPS or walk-in at the Parks Department Office located at 1701 Dividend Drive. Please join us Sunday August 9th to send summer out with a bark!
The Splash Pad at Muehlhausen Park will remain open into September. The specific date will be determined depending upon the weather.
