The Cass County Assessor’s office is continuing reassessment in Miami, Clay, and Clinton townships thru the fall. Our field worker drives a maroon Ford Escape with Assessor signs on the doors. She may need to come on your property to measure a building and may knock on your door if she has questions. She will never ask to come in your home.
