Cattle Artificial Insemination and Reproductive Management Training in Logansport

Logansport, IN – Purdue Extension and ABS Global are holding a two day hands-on training on November 19th and 20th where participants will learn reproductive anatomy, semen handling, heat detection and A.I. technique. A certificate will be issued by ABS to those who complete the class successfully. This training is designed for the beginning level A.I. student. Knowledge of basic cattle handling and reproduction is helpful. The training will take place in Logansport at Stony Pike Livestock Auction. The cost is $275 per person to attend. The fee includes training materials, supplies and meals. Due to the hands-on instruction for this program, the class size is limited to 15 participants.
