Scarecrows are popping up in Downtown Logansport as part of the annual Scarecrow Row, presented by Logan’s Landing.
The scarecrows will officially be on display from October 19 through November 1 at an assigned location along “Scarecrow Row” on Market Street and Broadway.
A panel of judges will award a prize to one winning scarecrow of free online advertising from Cass County Communication Network; there is also a People’s Choice Award, with a pizza and ice cream party package from U-Know Pizza & Sandwich Shop for the winner. (The judges will pick the winner – we’re just happily donating a prize!)
