Lewis Cass Schools announce schedule changes

Last Updated on December 13, 2020 by Lewis Cass Schools

The following information is from an e-mail sent by Dr. Tim Garland, Superintendent of Lewis Cass Schools, on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020:

November 5, 2020 –  All Lewis Cass students attend school, unless quarantined

November 6, 2020: – All Lewis Cass students are on an eLearning day

November 9, 2020 – Lewis Cass students in grades PreK-5th grade attend school, unless quarantined

November 9 – 24 – Lewis Cass students in grades 6th through 12th will have virtual learning (all day classes via google meet)

November 30 – Lewis Cass Students in grades 6th through 12th will return back to school, unless quarantined

“Currently, we have quarantined a few classes and other students due to contract tracing,” Garland says. “Know that we are doing our best to keep all of our students safe and the main reason for the high school going virtual and an eLearning day on Friday is due to staff contracting COVID and not due to students. We have had on a few students who have tested positive for COVID and are very low in number.”
