COMMENTS FROM MAYOR CHRIS MARTIN:
The street department is one of our most active departments in the city, and sometimes the amount of work they do goes unnoticed. We can’t thank Commissioner Tony Shanks and his crew enough for the hard work that they put in day in and day out, staying on top of cleaning up our community.

According to yesterday’s update that I received from Tony, The Boulevard will begin paving on Friday (tomorrow). Both sides of the street will be getting done, with work beginning on the islands on Monday.

They deserve a HUGE thank you for the service they continue to provide for our community!
