The City of Logansport shared the following info on Facebook regarding disposal of live Christmas trees by residents within the city limits:
IMPORTANT CHRISTMAS TREE DISPOSAL INFO: Any residents who have Christmas trees that are needing disposed of, you may place them in the alley where your trash is picked up at. If you do not have alley access then it can be placed wherever your trash bins are located. All trees must be free of tree stands, ornaments and lights, just as they were purchased. The street department will be going around and picking the trees up. Thank you, and please share this information to help get the word out.
