The City of Logansport has announced that from 4:30 – 7 p.m. on December 31, the following roads will be closed for the “Penguin Waddle,” hosted by the Logansport Parks & Recreation Department:
- High Street from Mall Road to East Roselawn
- East Broadway from Cass Plaza Drive to 26th Street
