- Logansport Memorial Hospital Physician Offices located at Memorial Hospital, Peru, Rochester and Camden
- Franciscan Cardiology Office located at Memorial Hospital
- Cancer Care Center
- Occupational Health Services
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Pulmonary Rehab Services
- Anti-Coag Services
- Diabetes Education
All services will resume on Wednesday, February 17.
