The Cass County Assessor’s office has begun reassessment in Eel Township and Logansport. The maroon Ford Escape will be clearly marked with Assessor on the doors. Personnel will also be wearing a vest with Assessor on it and will have credentials identifying them as assessment staff with Ad Valorem Solutions (AVS).Please be aware that the inspector may need to walk around your property to view all sides and take measurements and photos. Home owners will not be approached unless necessary to answer questions about the property. Our inspectors will NEVER ask to be let into your home.
