In 2020, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Cass County Veterans Council canceled the annual Memorial Day Parade for the first time in 56 years.

The parade was held May 31, 2021 and featured brief ceremonies at the Logansport City Building, the memorial at 4th and Broadway near the Cass County Government Building, the 6th Street Bridge and the Civil War Monument and Legion Circle at Mount Hope Cemetery.
