Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has organized a free community bike ride on Saturday, May 29, 2021. The public is invited to participate using their own bicycles. Participants can arrive at Huston Park anytime between 9:00–10:30 a.m. and are asked to pre-register for the free event at logansportparks.com.

Cyclists will start at Huston Park. After registration, participants will be able to get their faces painted with patriotic stars and stripes. Face painting is available for anyone and everyone of ALL ages. Parks& Recreation Department employees will be on hand to take pictures of those who want to enter to win prizes for the most patriotic costumed group/individual and the best red, white & blue decorated bike.

Participants may choose to ride to either the Riverside Park checkpoint or the Spencer Park checkpoint via the River Bluff Trail and E. Broadway (aka the Boulevard). At each checkpoint, riders will receive water and Parks & Recreation Dept. related swag as proof of reaching the checkpoint. Riders will then head back to Huston Park where they will receive participation gifts (while supplies last).
