Cass County 4H Association is seeking a Cleaning Service for our facilities. The areas included for the cleaning is Cloverleaf (restroom and meeting area), Community Center (includes kitchen, restrooms and meeting area) and outside Restrooms.
The Association is responsible to provide equipment (sweeper, mop bucket) cleaners (toilet bowl, stainless steel, etc.) and supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, etc.).
It will be the responsibility of the Cleaning Service to provide the Association a list of supplies needed or equipment needing repaired, before supplies are depleted and equipment is a safety hazard or nonrepairable.
Cleaning Services to be provided include sweeping, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming and associated cleaning of surfaces and fixtures within the buildings.
The Association also host many events, meetings and shows.
There will also be a shampooing (equipment and shampoo furnished) of carpet in Cloverleaf after the fair.
The cleaning will need to be done after every event (calendar provided by Association) and Sunday morning before 9:00am as there is a church service at that time on Sunday.
This will be a yearly contract and evaluated each year for renewal.
