Beth Liming is announcing that she will run for her first four-year term as Cass County Recorder.
I was caucused in November 2020 to fulfill the remainder term of the past recorder, which that term ends 2022.
Since becoming recorder, I have strived to maintain and preserve the records of the land ownerships along with other records such as mortgages, surveys, power of attorneys, property liens, veteran discharges and many other various documents for Cass County. I have worked with our current software vendor and made changes that allowed us to keep working if the possibly came up of being closed due to the Covid or any other emergencies. I continue to work on back indexing and book scanning projects along with an Honor Rewards program for our Cass County Veterans.
I have done my very best since taking office to offer accuracy, efficiency and user friendliness within the Recorders office. We are a Team working for the Public.
I’m currently active in the Cass County Republican Women’s club, serving as the treasurer, Cass County Republican Vice-Chairman and a member of the Cass County Rotary Club.
