As part of the ongoing construction project at 4C Health (Four County), a portion of Fulton Street will be closed again on Monday, November 28. This means patients and visitors needing access to the Main Entrance or Emergency Department will need to enter the parking garage through the Michigan Avenue Entrance (please see attached map).
- If you are coming north on Michigan Avenue, turn left into the drive before the main hospital entrance.
- If you are coming south on Michigan Avenue, turn right into the drive, after the main hospital entrance.
- Follow the drive and pass the Four County parking lot entrance, as well as the Memorial Hospital Doctor Parking Only, to enter the garage.
- If you are needing the Emergency Department, follow the same route off of Michigan Avenue and continue all the way through the garage. Go straight at the stop sign to access the ED.
Fulton Street should reopen on Tuesday, November 29. If the closure is expected to be extended we will notify you as soon as possible. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, and thank you in advance for your understanding.
