HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Pacifica Painting Co. Inc. announces lane restrictions on U.S. 31 near Kokomo.
Beginning on or after Thursday, August 3, crews will alternate single lane restrictions on U.S. 31 in both directions between County Road E. 100 N. and Apperson Way Lane. This closure will allow crews to complete eight bridge deck overlays. This work is expected to be complete late August, weather permitting.
INDOT reminds drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using caution and avoiding distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
