The Logansport High School Speech Team placed 2nd at the ISSDA Sectional Saturday, February 24, held at McCutcheon HS.
Five LHS competitors qualified for State in both of their competitive events and 10 qualified in one event. The top 6 finalists in each event advance from Sectionals to the State tournament at Hamilton Southeastern HS on March 9.

Yoslen Santana: US Extemp 2nd & Informative 6th
Jesus Ramirez-Padilla: Declamation 2nd and US Extemp 5th
Brooklyn Harris: Poetry 5th & Prose 4th
Sofia Herrera: US Extemp 4th & Drama 7th (advancing first-alternate)
