Joni Lambert

After a remarkable 43 years of service in the banking industry, Joni Lambert has announced her
retirement from Logansport Savings Bank. Having spent 22 years of her distinguished career at
our bank, Joni will be remembered for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to
serving our customers and community.

Joni’s journey in banking began at First National Bank here in Logansport. She experienced many organizational changes as the bank transitioned to Merchants National and again to National City Bank through various mergers and acquisitions. She made the move to Logansport Savings Bank (LSB) in 2002 because LSB continued to be a community-minded community bank, focused on serving and meeting the financial needs of our customers and businesses right here at home.

Over the course of her career, she has made a lasting impact on countless lives. From assisting customers with their financial needs, to mentoring and guiding her frontline team and fellow coworkers, Joni has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction. She is one of the first people to enter the bank each day, and usually one of the last to leave. Her dedication and oversight ensure that branch operations run as smoothly as possible.

“Joni has been a valued employee and familiar friendly face at LSB for over two decades,” said Chad Higgins, President and CEO. “She has seen many changes in the banking industry during that time and has handled every one with professionalism and positivity. We know that our bank family and our customers will miss her dearly, and we wish her nothing but the best in her well- deserved retirement.”

“I feel very fortunate to have spent my career here in Cass County, with 22 years of wonderful memories right here at LSB,” comments Joni. “I have worked with many wonderful people, and served many wonderful customers. I will miss my coworkers and our customers very much, but I am looking forward to retirement and will enjoy staying connected with everyone while still living here in the community.”

In recognition of her contributions and career, Joni will be honored with a special retirement celebration at Logansport Savings Bank from Wednesday, May 15-Friday, May 17. On these three days, customers, friends, and members of the community can stop in to express their appreciation and best wishes to Joni as she embarks on this new chapter of her life. There will be light refreshments and comment cards available to leave Joni a retirement wish. Joni will also be at the bank in person to chat and reminisce with those who visit.

For those who cannot make it in to the bank to celebrate and share with Joni in person, Logansport Savings Bank invites you to send a retirement wish to Joni online, using the secure form provided on our website: https://www.logansportsavings.bank/Joni-Retirement

The Logansport Savings Bank Board of Directors and fellow employees wish Joni the very best in this next chapter. Thank you for your 43 year career and 22 years of service to LSB!
