
Logansport Memorial Hospital celebrates 100th year anniversary during National Hospital Week

his May, Logansport Memorial Hospital (LMH) is proud to celebrate National Hospital Week (May 12–18 —a time to honor the compassionate care and tireless commitment of healthcare professionals. This year’s celebration holds special significance as LMH also commemorates its 100th Anniversary on Wednesday, May 14.
Founded in 1925, Logansport Memorial Hospital has proudly served the Cass County community for a century. From its early beginnings as a small community hospital to the full-service regional healthcare provider it is today, LMH remains dedicated to advancing patient care, investing in innovation, and supporting the health of the region.
“We are incredibly proud of the legacy that LMH has built over the last 100 years,” said Tara McVay, President/CEO of Logansport Memorial Hospital. “This milestone gives us an opportunity to reflect on our history, honor the many individuals who have shaped our journey, and look ahead to a future of continued excellence in care.”
Throughout the week, LMH will host a series of events and activities to recognize the contributions of its staff, including nurses, clinicians, providers, and support teams across all departments. A historical display will be available in the Lobby and Café to mark the hospital’s 100th anniversary. Other 100th year celebration events are planned throughout the upcoming year.
