Liming announces campaign for 2nd term as Cass County Recorder

Beth Liming is announcing that she will run for her second 4-year term as Cass County Recorder:

Since becoming recorder, I have strived to maintain and preserve the records of the land ownerships along with other records such as mortgages, surveys, power of attorneys, property liens, veteran discharges and many other various recorded documents for Cass County.

I continue to work with our current software vendor on many book scanning projects to ensure that the documents will be safe and secured forever.

I continue to work on back indexing along with other programs such as the “free” Property Fraud Alert for Cass County landowners and the Honor Rewards for the Cass County Veterans.

I have done and will continue to do my very best to offer accuracy, efficiency and user friendliness within the recorder’s office. We are a Team working for the Public.

I’m an active member of the Cass County Republican Women’s club, serving as the treasurer, Cass County Republican vice-precinct committeeman and the Recorders NW district vice-president. I also was awarded the 2025 Cass County Republican Women of the Year.
